I've searched the forum, looked at the documentation, and been all over this site and still have some really basic questions. Bear with me....hopefully, I won't sound like too much of an idiot.
1. Is the keypad that is part of the BLK202A just a convenience feature? Is there anything that it does that can't be done with the software? I'm leaning towards the BLC2021 model because I like the clean looks, but don't want to regret not getting the keypad.
2. Is there any way to get the -BR cable option for the BLC2021?
3. I assume that the standard cable is normally routed from the back of the display, through a PCI slot, and then up to the serial port. Is this correct?
Thanks for your patience and replies.

1. By using software you will not need a keypad overlay though it is a nice feature to our bay inserts.
2. Unfortunaly the 4BR option only comes with the BLK202A series of display.
3. You are correct. I have heard of some people takeing a spare PCI cover and cutting a hole in it which the serial cable might be slipped through. This might be an option for you.
Best Regards
