Well, my disorganization finally caught up with me. I purchased a MX610 back in September... of 2005. It encountered some problems with the backlight and communication a few months later and received an RMA for it. Well, it got burried amongst other computer stuff, and with my busy schedule, I never sent it back. I just recently found it, and still have the RMA info and such, but I'm not so sure I can send it back now. I'm not sure it will be accepted now. The RMA was issued back in January of this year, and I purchased it back in September of last year. I still have everything it came with, and all my documentation from speaking with Tom.
Could someone clarify whether I can send it back still for repair? (I'm sure I know the answer is "NO", but for a working Matrix Orbital again, it's worth it to ask)
Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian,
If you didn't have an RMA number then your assumption would be correct. But since you do, there won't be a problem. Please send me the info that you have to jklassen@matrixorbital.ca and I will update you on the address that you will need to send it to.
