Need help to connect Internal USB.

I have an A8v motherboard. Attached is the manual for the USB header. It shows you the type of connection i have. Where do i connect the colors?
If you are using the internal USB cable for our display the following connections should be made.
+5V(red) d-(white) d+(green) ground(black)
USB+5 USB_P8- USB_P8+ GND.

You can plug it into USB56 or USB78
