Internal USB connector question

Hi, I'm used to answering questions more than asking them, so pardon me...

Is the internal USB header just in parallel with the B connector? (I'm asking with an eye toward picking +5V off of it.)
BLK202A-4BR-BK + LK202-25-WB-V + LK204-25-V + VK204-25-V + LK-202-24-USB + MX212
