MX610 Top line of text missing

Post by anand64 »

My MX 610 [LK202-24-USB] PCB Rev:1.6 which i had brought from Performance-PCs around 6 mths back was working fine. But now the top portion of the text is missing[see attachment].I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also on my second computer but the problem is still there.I contacted Hank at performance-pcs,who redirected me here.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreicated.

Thank you for your quick response.I was able to solve the problem by applying a little pressure to the rubber beading around the display and now the display is working fine.I do not know what the problem was, maybe some loose contact.Anyway if the problem persists i will surely contact you for warranty support.
Thanks once again :D

My MX610 has developed a similar problem.
But pressure doesn't seem to fix it.
I'd appreciate someone contacting me as well

I had a similar issue with my MX610, but I was able to fix it by wedging some folded thick paper between the faceplate and the display package near the zebra strip.
