well i know i am using all the wrong names and numbers, but it is pretty explanitory, how come mine donst come with the altered backing to it for the serial connection?

I know some of you paint there LCD brackets silver... well i was wondering what type of paint you use for (lake krylon) and what number, because when i go to the paint store i have no clue what to get... Since i just ordered from about 10 different merchants my parts for my server, there is this part that came from Calgary, Alberta on the tracking, and since i am not home to pick it up i am just wondering who it was from.

It uses one of my PCI slots on my case, which i guess is ok but i might just get a nibler and make a nice square cut, but for now (since i dont have the cash) the outside is fine.... thanks!

That would defeat the purpose of using an external USB 2.0 plug, but use the internal USB and not have to use a slot... well thanks for your help i know what to expect, and i might have to buy it seperatly so i can use the internal meathod.

Since i am going to buy the converter kit so that it takes from my internal USB port, and that it would hook to the serial connection... what i was wondering is if the BVK202A-4BR-BK comes with the altered serial conection? and if so then if i was to have it the way i wanted it, would i have to buy ...

do you change the serial connection on the VFD 4x20 with black insert? because i am going to wire my think internaly and use a converter, but with that special connection, i cant do it... so does it cover the big vfds many thanks!

I am thinking about getting a vfd, but it has a serial connection as usual. I have an internal USB port for my case, and i was wondering if i could use a USB to Serial adapter and still hook it up to LCDC? Many thanks! btw: the only resaon why i ask this is becuase my mobo dosnt have a serial conect...

Well at this point i am desperate and i dont care if it is plastic or real metal, but i will check. I will also check about the size and make sure they fit. Of course i would buy all my comunication cables from you and of the sort!
