Overlay help please

I may just be stupid today, but for the life of me I can't seem to find the Mounting Overlay for the Indicator LED Bus.

I'm moving one of my MO's to a new case but I need to find a copy of the Mounting Overlay for it.

Need some help.

Thanks for the tips. I thought just a dab of super glue would be the way to go. I have some small samples of Chomerics thermal tape I'll give a try with as well. I may try some filing to jam one underneath the heatsink.

I'm assuming that the "flat" part of the probe should be making contact with the surface to be measured. Any ideas on how to secure them to the surface. Thermal tape? Pressure contact? superglue?

How do the restof you secure them. Can they be filed down slightly on backside to insure a tight fit?
