Re: USB

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for posting on the forum.

I replied to your email to support as well:
Please try deleting and uninstalling the GTT Bulk IO Device and re-install, see if that resolves the issue.

Let me know how it turns out.
Thank you,

Re: Updating Button Text

Hello jvank6, Thank you for posting on the forum. It is quite a task to have all the commands (legacy and GTT2.5) implemented for the GTT. We have a client library you can use. If you are using GTT Designer , projects output .c and .h files for convenient use. I will test your code here and update y...

Re: Label vs PrintString padding

Hello,

I apologize, as it turns out the same function is used for the Labels from legacy and GTT2.5 commands.
Unfortunately, there is no way to match the exact pixel locations between a label and a print string.

Thank you,
Raquel

Re: Label vs PrintString padding

Hello,

Can you please tell me which Label command you are using?
There are two types of Label commands on the GTT:
- legacy command 254 16, 254 17
- GTT2.5 command from GTT Designer

Thank you,
Raquel

Re: Nine slice VSCALE/HSCALE

Hello dr21702,

What you are observing is correct.
There is no implementation of tiling for the 9slices currently.
I will see what I can do to request to have this implemented.

Thank you,
Raquel

Re: Sending Serial Commands

Hello jvank6, Thank you for posting on the forum. Yes, the echo function is the one to use for your requirement. Unfortunately all reports/ response messages that the GTT returns will follow a specific packet format. You will have to unpack the packet to get the message. (0x21 is '!') Please refer t...

Re: LKVK402-25 commands not accepted

Hello Patrick, While you have manual override on, please use this instruction for changing the baud rate: http://www.lcdforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3371 The baud rate button (in Main tab) of uProjet no longer works with the (newer) displays like the LK402-25. Let me know how it turns out. Than...

Re: LKVK402-25 commands not accepted

Hello Patrick,

Thank you for posting on the forum.
It does sound like a baud rate mismatch.
Try to leave the jumper on R5 C1 and cycle the power.

Thank you,

Re: Conditionally display a button or disable it's visibility

Hello Sean, Thank you for posting on the forum. Out of the box, it cannot be done, but what you could try is to make two screens, one with the buttons, one without, and navigate between them. These two screen should look similar so the navigation would look seamless and just the buttons showing up. ...

Re: GLK12232A-USB problems

Hello JPanu, Power via USB is passed through by the host to the GLK12232A-25-USB display only when it has successfully enumerated on the USB bus. Can you please check if the display enumerates on the bus when you plug it in (check Device Manager)? Is it possible to email support@matrixorbital.ca wit...
