I have a GTT38A-TPR-BLH-B0-H1-CS-VPT
It doesn't have USB, but I was connecting via the USB mini-B mass storage plug successfully... but then I did something, and now that trick doesn't work. I suspect it was as I was messing with the serial controls...
If I remove the SD card, it runs the touch calibration, but still is unresponsive on the mass storage USB...
It's worth noting that the GTT Bulk IO Device shows up on Windows, but Detect Display button returns "No Display Found". Maybe there is some order of operations I need to follow to pretend this is a USB comm device rather than mass storage?
I don't know. It's frustrating since this was just working and now is not.

Hello Daniel,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
I replied to your email to support as well:
Please try deleting and uninstalling the GTT Bulk IO Device and re-install, see if that resolves the issue.
Let me know how it turns out.
Thank you,
