I am torn between the LC4041-EL and another manufacturers LCD.

Convince me I should buy this one. (not gonna be too hard)

the LCD has a plastic sheet over it to protect it while it's here, what's why it looks a little weird in places...

Is is FSTN or STN?
Can you reverse the polaroid film on them? (I realize it would void any warranty.)

Shipping is killing me here. Do any of your distributors offer this unit?

The display is STN, there is no need to have FSTN on alpha numeric, you will not see any difference. I'm not 100% if you can reverse the polaroid film on a EL unit, yet to be done

I have seen it done on a LK204-25PC just recently!
