Downloading fonts using the MOGD facility

I have been using the MOGD facility to download fonts to a GK 24064-25 after it has become corrupted. Sometimes this seems to work first time and sometimes I need to try a number of times before I get any success. Has anyone any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know exactly what the "Set Font Metric" button does and when it should be used?

Not sure why it wouldn't download.. maybe a bad cable?

the font metrics button sets font parameters... try different setting as you will see exactly what it does...

you probably aren't using the right setting for the fonts you are using....

which fonts are you using btw?
