brushed aluminium pc mouting bracket for MO lcd - and invers

Is there a brushed aluminium mounting bracket for either the pc baybus or the newer bloo lcds?

Ps when will we see an inverse bloo lcd larger than 20 x 2?

No brushed aluminum, the bracket is metal... I would say use use the blanks you have, trip them down, cut out the LCD window and then glue them to the bracket...

And yes, the inverse blue will be coming in 5-6 weeks in the 4x20 size.

You should do aluminium face plates henry... I'm sure you'd sell 100's of them, enough to justify their cost to you even though you might not sell as many as you do the black/white

I would recon you would sell more than the black and white ones as more modders have got alu cases as the prices come down and down

Until then we have the wondrous dremel tool. It really isn't too bad to modify an aluminum bay insert, I was scared but mine turned out pretty sweet. All you want to do is mark out where the screen is going to fit (I recommend making the hole just large enough for the actual lcd screen and not the plastic edge around it) and cut a hole a few mm smaller than it. Then get out a file and take out burrs and imperfections in the cutting with the file and watch some TV while doing it. After about 3 episodes of the Simpsons, you should be set. I'll get a pic on here if I can steal^H^H^H^H^Hliberate my brother's digital camera.

P.S.-> Make sure after marking it out that you put some heavy duty tape on the parts that you don't want to cut, like duct tape or something. Cutting a soft metal like aluminum by accident with a dremel is quite easy, and the tape will help prevent that quite a bit.
