Large PC Fan - Powered by A/C Adapter?

Just curious if its possible to take a PC Fan and make a cable to power it (or multiple fans) via an A/C adapter or batteries.

This is for my bass amp, as the tubes get super hot and I need to put 1 or 2 small fans in there that can run externally. i am limited to space and cannot carry around another power supply.

Im using a 9V battery,
Any adapter capable of outputting 12v will do.
