Hello Matrix Orbital Team!
I purchased a LK 202-25-WB (Matrix Orbital order #5195).
Thank you for the quick delivery. Your customer service is
excellent.
Unfortunately i noticed that the backlight of my LCD was
uneven. In my opinion that is caused by the foil, which
should spread the light from the leds permanently though
the display. That "light-foil" does not lie plan on its surface
and that's why my backlight is uneven. The left side seems
to be ok (blue light), but the right side of the display is
illuminated violet. So you can recognize a horizontal blue-
violet gradient from left to right. My other thought was that
the LEDs provide a different light intensity.
I took some pictures of my LCD:

It is not easy to get a good picture, but i think you can
see what i'm talking about. Actuality the light gradient is
more conspicuous as you can see on the pictures.
I own another LK 202-25-WB (Rev. 1.5), which is damaged by
unknown reason (that's why i ordered a new one). The light
of the brocken LCD was much better and more permanent.
Is that defect covered by warranty? I hope you can help me.
Thanks for your answer!
Best regards,
Robert
