Template for screw holes

Do you guys have a mx5 template that i can use to place the screw holes on a custom mounting bracket im making? I tried a few times to measure by hand but i can't get the holes to line up perfect.

The display? or the bay insert? if it's the display, take a look at the VK204-24-USB manual.
