B2041 Black Double Bay Insert

Hi,
I have my LCD screen mounted in a B2041 Black Double Bay Insert but have lost the screws which go through the PC case and into the threads on the side of the Bay Insert. I am in the UK and can

The screws are 4-40 1/4" pan philips.
