Look for help with LK204-25-Wb frozen

Hello,
We are using LK204-25-Wb in our microcontroller with serial communication to disply some text. It works fine. But when it powers on in the morning, leave it alone 5 - 6 hours, then the disply is frozen and keyboard doesn't work. I use the monitor to watch the COM port, no data sent out from LK204. My question is what reason could cause the LK204 frozen after 5-6 hours no touch. Any help would be appreciated.

The only way to bring the unit back from the "frozen state" is to power it down and back up again??

Yes, we have to power down then power on to turn it back.
Do you have any idea?
