LCDs include software?

Do the LCD come with any software? If so what is it and how well does it work??

The MX kits come bundled with a free copy of LCDC, however there are other apps out there like LCDSmartie, LCDStudio that are free and will work with it (LCDC is shareware)

I must say from experience that LCDC is by far the most efficient and exciting LCD software on the market and to think it comes free with the new MX2 USB series!
