USB header pins?

The pins to the right of the normal external usb socket on an MX212 are they the USB header for connecting the card to an internal USB header on the motherboard?
If so should the second pin from the top be cut off, i.e. leaving three pins protruding?
Cheers

Hello...
Check out this link, it should explain things more clearly:

Just stick a pin or paper clip through that covered hole on the header. It will easily punch through it. Or, you could cut the pin. Either would be fine since that pin is not used. However, it would be easier to just punch through the covered hole.

It's ok I was just checking it was all there I was a bit wary after I was sent this MX212 as being the MX222 fromt he company I purchased it off, I have decided it will be easier to front this one with a piece of alluminium I have rather than send it back and try and get the right one!
Cheers for confirming this.
