Computer Freezes After installation of MO LK202-24 USB

Evertime i start a game (ie. BF1942) the computer freezes. Is this a common problem? this happens only when the MO is plugged in.. help me please! <:)

My system specs are

AMD 2200+
Soyo KT333 Dragon Ultra Plat.
Corsair XMS 2700
ATI Radeon 8500 128
WD 180 HD
windows xp pro
