MX 222 USB cable accessory. How to get one?

I just got the MX 222 Display that attaches via external usb cable. My question: Is there a "USB cable accessory" that is used to mount the cable inside of the case so it looks nice? I saw this on www.crazypc.com website where I puchased the display. I just cant seem to find one.....thanks!!!

By the way, I am pretty new at all this hardware stuff so just to disclose that I am a novie at this.

I'm in the UK, a would like to purchase one too. pclincs.co.uk have them but you cant order them and thier phone numbers are wrong are there any other sites (other than pclincs) in the uk that stock your internal cable,
