The current rating per high powered GPO is 1 Amp. If the two fans combined power consumption does not exceed this limit. you should have no problem!! Be advised is you have more than 1 fan per GPO than you will not be able to read RPM...

You should not have any problem with more than one case fan on a GPO. Just add up the current for each fan and check that you are below 1.0A. I am running three 80mm case fans rated at 0.15A on one GPO. You also can read the RPM of one fan as long as you run the RPM signal from only that one fan back to the GPO.
