I'd appreciate some help

My MX2 displays everything just fine, but the keys are acting strange. I'm talking to the MX2 on Com 3, at 19200 baud. Flow control is off, stop bits is at 1.

When I hit a key it only registers less then half the time. Looking at what the keys are reporting, I see a flood of "Dec:84 Hex:54 Chr:T" that must be drowning out the real keypresses. I couldn't find any reference to "T" as a key anywhere.

Anyone else have this problem or have an idea how to fix it?

What type of software are you using to test the keypad mapping?

Sorry, should have mentioned. I've used both LCDC and the LCD tester software that's on your website
