MOVED : Need some help...

Hi I recently purchased the MX212...man this thing kicks A$$

However Ive been noticing something weird with it. The screen seems to be pulsing or going from lighter to darker quickly. I have no idea what could be causing this.. I tried plugging computer into different outlet...same outcome. Any ideas?

Hello...

In reference to "the screen seems to be pulsing or going from lighter to darker quickly", are you refering to the contrast or backlight intensity???

It seems to be the backlight. When you look at it closely you see it pulsing for some reason. The LCD is nowhere near Hard drives,etc. Any possible ideas what this could be?

Can you still control backlight intensity via software?

Yes I can still control the backlight via LCDC.

During your backlight control, does the backlight still pulse???
