MX202-24 USB rev. 1 help needed

i installed and was fine for 3 months, now on display fonts ect. are corrupt. i've uninstalled it, the usb drivers, and the software. I reistalled it but display is still corrupt. and its not detected by auto cofig with software but in display man. it says working on com3 do a manual istall with no luck. need help.

note
1) i've also tryed this on two other pc's that have never had any lcd on them

is there a reset jumper for the display?

This unit has the ability to perform a manual override. To achieve the desired baud rate of 19200 baud you must perform the necessary steps:
1) Un-power the module.
2) Place a jumper on pins 6 and 7 of the keypad connector (you can use the HP jumper for the time being).
3) Power the module up.
4) Remove the jumper and communicate at 19200 baud with the appropriate software.
