i was hopeing to get a vfd either C**********z or matrix orbital, however i have seen the educational discount and i cant let this go amiss as the very reason i am buying this is for a school project.
so i would like to know if i am eligible for this, as this is going to be part of my examination coursework, it is going to relay co-ordinates for the cnc machine to the lcd so we can se if all is running smoothly the computer is quite abit away from the cnc machine so i thaught it would be useful to make an external display (VFD). i spoke to my teacher about this he said it would be a great idea. and would most likely score me good marks.
There are many uses for this the primary use the co-ordinates then there are RPM management and feedrates. i could expand the program in many ways.
VFD's are quite expensive so i think i would very much benefit from this scheme. i like in the UK and would like an estimate if possible for A... the price of shipping for a VK204-24-USB shipped to the uk. and 3 temprature probes if possible thank you very much please answer this thread.
