I've got a biscuit PC with 2 RS232 serial ports but internally it also has a 422/485 port. Can I utilise this internal port instead of having to use the external RS232 ports?

You will only be able to use the RS232 ports with our units, assuming you connect the internal port to the display accordingly, you will have no trouble...The three connections you will need are Rx, Tx and Grnd. Consult with your manual for pin-outs and your well on your way!!
