Henry,
When do you estimate introducing some new stuff? I am itching to pick up a couple red LCDs for a big mod I'm working on. I have no intention of dealing with any of your competitors since I already know the quality and service of your company. So you gotta get some of these in soon.

Question, what size are you thinking? and what colors?

Well, I could use either 4x20 or 2x40. I would prefer a 2x40. I was looking for a red one. An idea i've been kicking around is purchasing a VFD and seeing if I could put red film over the front of it to change the teal (i think) color to red. I don't know how much it would dim it though.
Also, as a side note, is it possible even to make a black/white LCD? As in black characters on white background or vice/versa? I've never seen one but thought I'd ask.

Ok, just found the little side note on filters saying that you can't use a red filter so that idea is out the door

Well, on a VFD we have a red/pink filter (coming soon)...
here is a pic:
It turns the lettering white and gives it a red background...

Drools.....
That is sweet, now if only I could get a 2x40 vfd...
I know, I know never satisfied, but you definetly have a buyer for one of those when they're ready.
ps, how about a drool section on the forum where you could give us sneak peaks of coming products?
Thanks Henry,

It's just a regular VFD display with a filter, we will be offering them soon...

Glad I was able to brighten up your morning
Seriously though you guys are great, besides the quality of your products you're major edge is that you take the time to talk to your customers. How many other manufacturers do this?
none.

The c******f**** d00d poked his head in over at bit-tech, and everyone started in with "LCD death match" and that kind of wisecracks, but they more or less haven't shown their faces since.
Advantage: MO.

For the first time I had the chance of clarifying a few points and got allot of things straight. The last thing I wanted was a flame war, trust me.
