OK so here it is. I just recieved a MX222 in the mail yesterday, and installed it. Everything was running fine, so I decided to do some editing. I got the screen to do some of the things I wanted, but when I tried to configure SETI@Home, the screen turned off, and hasn't turned on scince. I read all the forums, and noticed some people had similar problems. So I tried the steps they took to get the screen working again, but everything I tried still didn't make it work again. I tried Manual Override, then reprogramed with LCDC, Display tuner, AlphaDemo, and LCDsmartie. None worked. I did notice that there is a faint glow to the lcd screen, but in every program iI used, I can't adjust the brightness/contrast. If Any one knows a way that I haven't tried, please let me know.

do a manual over ride on the LCD and then try display tuner which is on the CD. If you are using Win98 or ME use Alpha demo.

I tried manual override with several differant programs, including display tuner, but nothing happened.
