Keypad

Post by bbcac »

ok... I can't get my keypad features to work. I bough some momentary switches, but before I installed them, I wanted to play around with the events to see if I could get the keypad to even work. I set an event as
on sys keypad press >> start application (adobe photoshop). But nothing happens when I connect a wire from c1 to r1 with a 1 pin header. Any suggestions?

Each combination of connections produces a different value, you would need to know what the unit is sending back in order for the action to occur. Try going into the Configuration form and then test mode and then connect the wire, it should report back as input received and tell you what the key was.
