Hi, i received the LCD and software cd but i haven't serial connector
So the connections below is correct or not, thanks a lot

the white connector is for power correct, but the R numbered pins are mainly for keypad. there should be GND, Tx, and Rx, pins on your LCD, those are the serial pins,, GND likewise goes to pin 5 for serial ground, and the other 2 are transmit ans receive, weather they need to be connected up to pin 2 for transmit and 3 for receive i do not recall. but if it doesnt work one way then you know its nackwards so switch them, you wont damage your display by having them backwards as long as the 5v power is on correctly.
oh,, in adition, the pins on your LCD are on a 4-pin connector which id designed for the 4bl cable sold by MO. they are the 7-9th pins from the left when looking at the back of your lcd. the 10'th pin doesnt need to be hooked up.
