LK202-24-USB-WB GPO Problem

Hi guys, I have a slight problem. GPO 1 will not respond.

I have tried using lcdc and Matrix Orbitals demo software. All options would work (displays and other gpo's did work with both pieces of software). Gpo 1 simply hangs at +5V. I do realize gpo 1 is the second set of pins. I have updated my usb drivers and still nothing. Can you guys give me any Ideas on how to get this working.

What do you have GPO 1 connected to?

I was orginaly using a led, but then switched to a fluke mulitimeter.

We will test a unit here just to make sure it's all good on our end. As well, do a very close visual inspection of the GPO and trace it back looking for anything abnormal. During your experimenting, did anything unusual happen? a short ot anything?

no I was extremly careful because I dont have the extra money to buy a new lcd if I fried it. Everything seemed fine. just the gpo wouldn't respond. So I updated lcdc and thought it was a software problem, so I mainly experimented with lcdc. The only wierd thing I had was when using your alpha demo software it only showed one gpo. gpo's 2-6 were greyed out and I couldnt access them.

Everything is fine on our end! I can't get GPO #1 to hang at 5 Volts. As for AlphaDemo software, to get all the other GPO's you must select keypad interface in your settings section. Can you contact me at myero@matrixorbital.com and we can discuss RMA options.

Thanks for the tip on alpha demo. I retested all the gpos this way and still gpo 1 is bad. I sent you and email to the above address.
