:-P I was just finishing all the wiring on my case mod and I fired it up only to realize I had every gpo device on backwards. ARRGh, so after a small flame and a lot of smoke on the lower PCB, I saw that the ground had bent upwards off the PCB and split in two. I decided what the hell, and soldered it back together just to see if it would work and it did! sort of, the LCD still controls the GPO's except for one, and it refuses to output text of any kind. here are some pics of my mod:

Or since I can still communicate with the LCD Via the GPO's is there a reset or a bios/rom file I can re-send? So I can get it to output text again and control that 8th GPO.
