To have switch's dependant on what screen is showing, what I'd like is this.

two buttons to cycle screens forward and backwards.

Several other buttons, but what these do will depend on the screen displayed.

Screen one, fan control, switches turn fans on and off.

Screen two, light control, switches turn lights on and off

Screen 3, winamp control, switches now change tracks etc.

Is this possible??

Thanks ina dvance

Are you going to program this yourself? I have something similar - a remote for winamp. On the main play screen, the buttons play, ffwd, rwd, pause, stop, up playlist, down playlist and select playlist. When I go into the volume screen, the up playlist and down playlist buttons control volume. If you are programming this yourself, its fairly straightforward. The buttons functions are dependent on what you program them to do.

Hmmm - I caould add something to LCDC so that a keypad press only takes effect if a screen is in a particular group?

Thats the kind of thing I'm after Mat and the buttons would do diferent things depending on whats been asigned to them in that group.

group one may be lighting and onvolve turning gpo's on and off
group two may be winamp and change tracks etc.

ROCK ON!!! That would kick @ss! So if you have up/down/right/left buttons and have WinAmp running they will work as play/next/back/ect. But when you hit the "source" button the four buttons are now assigned to next source (eg. Fan1).

Is this what you were thinking of doing? (please say yes, please say yes)
