I got the lk202-25 with all the cables. I installed it and most of the software on the cd.
After the bios loads all I get is Stars and other strange characters. One of the programs mentioned something about my Asus Board.
System Specs Asus P4B266 1.6g Pentium 4, Window XP.
Can any one tell me how to make this Thing work right?
Sounds like the speed is set wrong in the software or the LCD... so check with Alpha Demo to see what the LCD is set to and then double check the software you are trying to use.
On the programs I tried I set to baud rate to each one. 1200 worked the best, I could make those funny characters appear in all the blocks. The faster I made the speed the fewer blocks would light. I tried mbm5, the test one and the change one.
