GX Typoon Damaged?
I just got a new GX Typoon and I noticed the background isn't all blue but has a red tint to it. Its like the red in the pixels are not going away. I tried using the LCD config to adjust it and nothing worked. Also its most visible when you look at the unit straight on. Any ideas?

You can see the red near the edges and across the middle.

Thats normal for the blue/white inverse LCD's (from any manufacturer not just ours) its called 'ghosting'. The blue/white inverse displays are most plagued by this, the standard (but boring) yellow/green the least. VFD and OLED technology don't exhibit this problem at all.
As you turn contrast down the effect will be less (but then again so will your contrast) there's nothing that can be done about that.
