PWM will no longer work

I had the PWM running a set of LEDs on my Matrix Orbital LK202-24-USB working perfectly.

As the project has been a work in progress I has not connected up the LCD in a while.
Now the PWM does not work at all.
The outputs switch on at power up, but will not turn off in test mode or by the events command.

I have tried all the PWM commands and GPO commands in the manual but none will make the output change.
[##254,87,1] and [##254,86,1] and the PWM commands.

I have this same effect on all HPO outputs, all the connections are wired correctly.
The LPO work just fine.

Hi ZapWizard,

Were you able to turn on and off the GPO using uproject or some other testing program?
