are there any drivers or a work around for windows x64? i have a mx212.

The standard drivers should work fine, but it has not been tested as none of us have a x64 system.

no, the standard drivers don't work, when you install them it gives you:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28 )
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.
then when you reboot it detects it as new hardware again and asks to reinstall.

Just another post to plead for x64 drivers - MS is supposed to release 64 bit XP mid 2005 - 1 yr beta releases are currently abailable free!

Since MO is using the standard FTDI drivers i emailed FTDI about 64 bit support. Their answer was "Possibly later this year, 4th quarter. It is unlikely to be sooner unless there is a sudden surge in demand."
Soo not anytime soon

Hard to believe there is no support for x64 Edition. Interesting that all the the rest of my hardware is working fine.

I have also emailed FTDI to confirm the status of the Windows 64 driver.

I can't tell you how bummed out I am over this. I had intended to purchase another display but certainly won't until there is x64 support. Gimme the head mofo's email and I'll spam the hale out of him for ya.

It's weird i had my fist reply withing half a business day and then emailed a couple of times back and forth with usually beteen 0.5 and 2 hrs before reply... tom must have pissed him off
