LK202-24 USB - Dead?

I dissassembled my comp a few months ago to do a mod, and at that time my lcd was working. I reassembled my computer a month ago and suddenly it shows no signs of life.

Am I right in thinking that it should atleast turn on without the USB cable attached, just power? And yes, I've tested the power lead.

Here are some pics to make sure my jumpers and connectors are all in the right place:

I have a multimeter if that helps matters any.

Thanks for the post. Does the module power up when an unmodified floppy power cable is attached to the appropriate header?

If that translates to "Does the screen turn on when you plug it into the floppy molex" then the answer is no, nothing happens.,

That is unfortunate because the display should have turned on when you plug in the unmodified floppy power cable.
