Office Move - Lost a Cable

Hello there. I just moved offices, and it appears we've lost a cable. It seems we've lost the 4BR Cable that came with our unit.

I know you can purchase them in the store, but... I'm not willing to pay $20 shipping for a $5 part.

Is there any way to get a Cheaper shipping fee for this particular part?

Hello Voltaic,

The cost for shipping may seem high but one must realize that product is being shipped from Canada. We have found that shipping ground may seem more cost effective until you add in brokerage charges which amount to around $25.00 US. This would make the cost to our customers around $30.00 to $35.00 US. I would suggest contacting one of our major distributors in the US. EMJ should be able to help you out. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Adam,

I cannot find the 4BR cable anywhere. I can find zillions of the 12V power cable I apparently need for my model, but I just can't find the 4BR cable.

I've looked at all 5 of the US distributors with no luck.. Should I maybe give up on trying to use this LCD, and maybe save up for a USB version? (I'm going to end up trying to get this LCD to be Externally mounted.. I don't know how to crimp an extension for the Power cable.. If I did, I wouldn't even have to purchase another Power cable. Apparently we lost that one as well)

Frustrating.
