MX222 rev 1.4 problem!

One of my MX222 rev 1.4 displays isn't displaying the first two characters on each line. The first two boxes on each line are blank but the information is displaying. It starts at block 3 and trims the information so the last two blocks so they are out of screen. Can anyone help me? Can i hard reset the display or something?

Can you send me an email at myero@matrixorbital.ca and I'll send you the appropriate test software and memory chip file that's needed to reset the module to factory settings.
