Floppy power connection to MX2

Hello,

When I only want to use the high power GPO with the MX2, is it enough to only connect the 12 V pins, and not the 5V pins of the floppy connector? (since I plan to put the MX inside an Koolance Exos wich has 12 V ready, in that case i can only connect 2 wires of the 12V).

You could, but you might run into problems. Noise from fans/cold cathods can drive the display nuts (random resets/lockups). The power supply is really good at absorbing noise, so connecting the 5V up will help. Try it out, but if you run into problems, you'll need the 5V too.
