Anyways ... pOssEssEd ... don't have the audio cables hooked up ... So that's not the problem. There are no inputs to the card as of yet.
VJ ... you hit the nail on the head ... I muted the inputs and the clicking is gone! Now I just wonder if the clicking will ...

Would a small capacitor between the fan leads serve to smooth the square wave power delivery to the fan? If so, what value would you use? I was thinking of trying about 100uF and going up from there. Thanks guys. I was having the same problem with my brand new display. I hate to call it a display because it does so much more! Anyways, maybe consider a real jumper (without solder) in the next revision? That way the process would be more idiot-proof (don't I have a lot of faith in my soldering ...
