i just got a mx213 for another computer i'm building, when i connected the fans to the fan sensors on the mx, and boot the computer everything is fine until i run lcdc, right when the application loads, the fans that are connected turn off, the red LED's still illuminate on the fans, but the blades ...

sorry.. but the orbital retard is back... i went to your custom screens link and downloaded an ATI screen... how do i use this file/where do i put it?? i tried putting it in the custom characters folder to no avail... the file i downloaded was ati.lcdc-scrn ..... thanks again

ok.. this bootloader app you're talking about.. is that on the cd that came with it??? all i got is the bootscreen app.. which is very simple and i cannot find any contrast settings in... im beginning to think i'm just retarded

so you're saying that i have to set the contrast on the orbital itself.. not through LCDC???? how would i do that???

i already messed with the contrast so it looks perfect when LCDC is running normally.. i ran the bootlogo program that came on the cd... could that have anything to do with it??? i deleted the file that i created with that and just changed the power on screen with LCDC.... i dont know.. i'm lost

p.s. i tried turning the backlight down and the startup screen text was still extremely dim.. i dont understand this because when LCDC starts on startup of windows.. the display looks great.... i have faith in your skills miles

yes i can... its at 100% intensity... should i turn this down to beable to see the startup screen??
