Hello all.

I have a MX212 and love all the features this unit has.

I want to start using it to control my fans, so my questions are:

1. An unmodified floppy cable = plain 'ol floppy cable from the PSU?
2. You either power the unit via the floppy cable or the USB cable not both right?
3. Are there ...

I run lcdc's config/test option and set the two parameters in there but when I power down and then back up the settings go back to the default.

How would I go about saving these two settings on the MX212 other than doing the "solder blob" method?

I was having the same difficulty but saw that in version 1.05.27 of LCDC there's a little green box/button on the bottom right hand corner when you're in screen builder mode. Highlight a screen and click on that button and that becomes your new startup screen.

Other than that I don't know what else ...
