I know, I've readd all the warnings, and I still managed it:- I plugged my LK204 into the standard floppy power lead instead of the modded one :(

The screen is not completely dead - I get a flashing cursor, but it completely refuses to communicate with the serial port, so I'm guessing I've managed ...
