initaly in 2x20 (ready very soon), and then 4x20. LCDC has been tested and works 100% of the USB LCDs, I have had 4 LCDCs and 4 LCDs running at the same time with no problem. There are drivers for linux as well.

That sounds very interesting. I WAS thinking about using an I2C bus to link together the 10 displays needed for my project. But if a LK204-25 w/USB will be available in 3-4 weeks, then it might be simpler for me to just wait. I was going to use a USB to I2C bridge anyway.
Can the new displays be daisy chained together? (I need 10)
Do you have any technical information or documentation available on the device drivers for Windows?
Do you know what the 20x4 cost will be?
