i shorted out GPO 1 on my lk02425 pc (please don't ask) , now its putting out a constant 7.1V...guess GPO1 is effectivly fried eh?

If you fried ONE GPO to ground, then the GPO would be blown up.
V=IR
12V = I * 0 ohm (GPO has no resistors unlik on a LK202-25 or so)
I = 12V / 0 ohm
which equals infinite current, thuss blowing up the GPO.. this lesson has been brought to you be the letter A...
