What LCD Screen Can I use That Is Simple and easy to use that has a Large Area To Display (like the LK404-55) that will work when i plug it in and can use LCD center. Also Mush have a backlight.. ???

All you have to plugin is a serial cable and a power cable, then load the software... All of our displays have a backlight...
