Matrix Orbital Corp

I am using the EVE2 50G display in combination with the EVE2-USB2SPI-KIT-A on my Windows PC.
The problem is as follows.

The display shows horizontal waves that move from the bottom to the top.
I then replaced the EVE2-USB2SPI-KIT-A with a new one.
The problem was solved.
Now, 6 months later, the same problem.

I power the EVE2-USB2SPI-KIT-A with a Samsung charger with 5V voltage.

What could be the problem?

Thank you for posting on the forum.

Are you able to test out the power coming from the USB2SPI bridge?
Can you please check it using a scope?
Can you also try supplying external power via the barrel jack? Center positive, 5V-12V 1A if you have it.
